Key Responsibilities
Capture, document, and triage customer-reported issues while managing support ticket systems
Test platforms and validate new agent versions against defined acceptance criteria
Maintain client-facing documentation and support version control for prompts and agents
Required Qualifications
Strong experience in a customer support, QA, or technical troubleshooting role
Familiarity with support ticket systems such as Jira
Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, custom GPTs)
Ability to follow structured testing protocols and acceptance criteria
Strong documentation and knowledge management skills
