JOB TITLE : Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish / English)

LOCATION : Lombard, IL

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license (training and support provided)

Must be able to commute to our office in Lombard, IL (in-office position)

Life and Health license a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Excellent communication and people skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Self-motivated with a desire to help others

Customer service or office experience preferred

Bilingual skills, fluent in Spanish and English, a plus!

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our State Farm Agents team as a Customer Service Representative. This position plays an important role in supporting our clients and helping them understand their insurance options.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by phone and in person

Assist with billing questions, policy updates, and claims support

Use a needs-based approach to educate customers about insurance coverage options

Support marketing and retention goals through excellent service

Stay current on product knowledge, training, and licensing
