Come join our sales team at NovaCare Rehabilitation, a member of the Select Medical family, as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be essential to our company's plan for continued growth and building strong customer relationships. This position is responsible for educating physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services, and ultimately generating referrals to increase overall patient volume.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop referral opportunities with new business customers
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers
• Educate physicians and patients about our physical therapy and specialty services
• Regularly participate in community outreach events
