Nebraska Wesleyan University is seeking a full-time Digital Communications Lead responsible for overseeing the branded digital communications program across multiple platforms, including the NWU website and social media channels, in support of the University's strategic goals. The incumbent will ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience across all platforms. This role combines creativity, strategy, and data analysis to drive engagement across digital communications channels.

Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, communications, or equivalent degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of in digital communications and / or marketing
Demonstrated excellence in writing, communication, and creative ideation.
Experience with content management systems, such as Drupal.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and platforms.
Experience with photo editing and video editing.
Experience implementing communications and branding strategies across multiple communication channels.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to develop and manage positive working relationships with a variety of internal teams and external vendors.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
