A top-10 AmLaw international law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Miami . This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator to work on sophisticated disputes while learning from a nationally recognized team. The position offers hands-on experience across all stages of litigation, as well as meaningful mentorship and professional development.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Florida , in good standing.
• 4-6 years of general litigation experience across a broad range of practices.
• Prior law firm experience is required .
• Highly proficient in managing cases from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research , preparing for trial , drafting legal documents , and appearing in court .
• Completion of a federal court clerkship is preferred .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a meticulous attention to detail and sound business judgment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, writing, legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
