As the operational backbone of the business, you'll provide executive-level support to the Lead Agent, deliver concierge-level service to clients, and ensure listings and transactions move smoothly from start to finish. You'll take ownership of refining systems and processes, keeping everything efficient and organized. By managing the details and clearing distractions, you'll empower the Lead Agent to focus on building relationships, winning new business, and closing deals. And you won't do it alone-you'll collaborate with marketing coordinators and a field assistant to help you succeed.
