Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Provide first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, chat or in-person.
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Log, track, and update support requests in the ticketing system.
• Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Support accounts setup and password resets for new and existing users.
• Assist with installing, configuring, and updating software and applications.

Time Commitment : January 2026 - October 2026.Hours : 40 hours / week.Compensation : Hourly rate of $18.00 / hour.Applications Closing : September 29th. (Subject to change based on candidate volume; early submission is encouraged)
