Director of Strategic Planning
The Director of Strategic Planning is a member of the DNC's communications team and works closely with the DNC's Communications Director and the Senior Advisor for Message, Mobilization, and Strategy (War Room Director) to develop and implement the War Room's priorities, systems, and cross-departmental planning. The Director of Strategic Planning will ensure that the department's outputs align with long-term goals. This role reports directly to the Communications Director and will be instrumental in streamlining collaboration across the DNC's communications, research, and mobilization operations to leverage both major tent pole and rapid response moments.

The starting salary for the Director of Strategic Planning position is $110,000 on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, exempt position, that may require work on weekends. This position requires limited travel, which could be up to 5% of the time.
