We are seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Attorney to join our Orlando, FL office. • Key Responsibilities :
• Represent clients in immigration court hearings, removal defense cases, and USCIS interviews.
• Prepare petitions, waivers, and applications for clients across a range of immigration matters.
• Meet with clients to provide legal advice, develop case strategies, and ensure strong communication.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Stay current with immigration law and policy changes.
• Qualifications :
• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar admission in any U.S. state (required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience practicing immigration law (courtroom experience required).
• Prior experience supervising legal staff or paralegals preferred.
• Strong advocacy, communication, and writing skills.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) a plus.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
