Job Description
Lead R&D backend operations to ensure efficient product development
Reduce cycle times and optimize workflows to minimize project costs
Create and maintain bench setups for simple product debugging and checkout
Document qualification requirements and develop qualification plans for robust product development
Work with factory operations teams to ensure smooth production ramp-up of new products
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you are / have :
Graduating in the Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
Understanding of analog / digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity
Skilled in creating and sustaining process-driven methods for product development
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to break down complex engineering standards and workflows into actionable, easy-to-understand steps
A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work independently when required
