Warehouse Coordinator / Shipping Clerk

Responsible for the safe and timely shipping, distribution, storing, packaging and otherwise transporting of inventory. Manage all inventory. Provide support as a Shipping Clerk.

Warehouse Coordinator Shipping Clerk Pay : $21-23 / hour

Warehouse Coordinator Shipping Clerk Shift : 7am-3 : 30pm Monday-Friday (OT possible).

Warehouse Coordinator Shipping Clerk Job Overview : The Shipping / Receiving Forklift operator (Warehouse Coordinator) will be responsible for the safe and timely shipping, distribution, storing, packaging and otherwise transporting of inventory. Manage all inventory related functions. Will operate forklift 2-4 hours a day working on a variety of load sizes / shapes. The role is about 50% forklift / warehouse and 50% administrative / customer service.

Warehouse Coordinator Shipping Clerk Key Duties :

  • The role is about 50% forklift / warehouse and 50% administrative / customer service
  • Operate Forklift, pallet jack or dolly, safely load and unload product off trucks
  • Responsible for the safe and timely shipping, distribution, storing, packaging and otherwise transporting of inventory.
  • Manage all inventory related functions
  • Perform administrative functions based on client specific needs; recognize and suggest process improvement if necessary
  • Maintain safe and organized working environment
  • Perform inventory audit of warehouse materials no less than every 3 months
  • Communicate with clients effectively over the phone, email or chat to resolve their questions or concerns

    Warehouse Coordinator Shipping Clerk Key Requirements :

  • 3 year minimum of shipping / receiving and warehouse forklift experience required
  • GED / High school diploma
  • Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word / Excel : know how to create a document, save, copy, and data entry
  • Likes working with a small team, independently
  • Ability to work overtime, start early if necessary
