Key Responsibilities
Field and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and other contact methods within the Consumer Experience Center
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a working knowledge of service offerings and workflows
Document interactions and update consumer records in relevant technology systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of prior experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment
