Pernix Group is hiring : Marketing Specialist in Lombard

We are looking for a self-sufficient, resourceful Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take initiative. This role is critical in supporting and driving internal communications, managing special projects, and producing high-quality proposals and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to identify what needs to be done and execute it effectively. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal & External Communications :

Develop and manage marketing content, newsletters, and press releases with minimal oversight.

Support the development of proposals, pre-qualifications, and marketing materials.

Create, update, and manage brochures, presentations, and advertising materials proactively.

Independently manage and grow social media accounts with creative, on-brand content.

Actively coordinate and document company events when necessary.

Salary & Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience, range is $60-72k.

This position is expected to work in our Lombard office. Standard hours are Mon-Thurs 9hr days, and Fri 4hr day. Work from Home on Friday is standard. Professional flexibility is offered for work-from-home to handle personal one-off situations as needed.
