Job Summary
Role : Sales Manager | Account Executive — BuildPass — Full-time, In-Person in Austin, TX, United States.
About The Role
We're looking for a Sales Manager who can lead from the front in a high-velocity SaaS environment. This isn't a pure management role — you'll be in the trenches with your team, closing deals while coaching them to do the same. You'll lead a team of 6–8 SDRs and Account Executives, carry a team quota, and be rewarded on collective performance. Your impact will scale through the people you develop and the deals you help land.
If you thrive on both winning and watching others win, if you can run a forecast meeting and then jump on a customer call, if you love structure, urgency, and results — this role is for you.
