Welder, $20+ / hr – Fort Wayne, IN

Are you an experienced Welder skilled in TIG and MIG welding, with an eye for precision and detail? This company is looking for a talented individual to join their team, specializing in stainless steel and galvanneal welding that requires finesse and a presentable finish.

Qualifications :

Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques

Experience welding stainless steel and galvanneal materials

Ability to weld with precision, ensuring a clean and presentable finish

Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Must be able to stand for the entire shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Can understand and follow verbal or written work instructions

Skills :

Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or fabrication setting

Knowledge of welding safety protocols and best practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent hand-eye coordination and steady technique

Commitment to producing professional-quality welds

Schedule & Pay :

Monday through Friday, 7 : 00am – 3 : 00pm

Starting at $20 / hr (negotiable for the right candidate)

In this role, you’ll use TIG and MIG welding techniques to join stainless steel and galvanneal with precision and finesse. You’ll be responsible for creating welds that are not only structurally sound but also visually clean and presentable, meeting the company’s high standards of quality.
