Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacy professional to assume a leadership role as a Pharmacy Manager. This position is based in Indiana, offering a choice between two locations : Kokomo or Marion. The role provides the chance to make a significant impact within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting focused on comprehensive community health services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and policy implementation.
• Prepare and verify prescription orders, collaborating closely with healthcare providers.
• Oversee drug and controlled substance inventory management and storage in compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Maintain precise records of inventory, patient information, insurance claims, and controlled substances.
• Ensure pharmacy presentation and operations align with quality standards while addressing customer needs and complaints.
• Support new pharmacy openings and telepharmacy services to expand retail pharmacy operations.
• Partner with Executive Leadership on staff development and the evolving needs of pharmacy operations.

Qualifications and Experience :

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.

Active Indiana pharmacist license.

Certified immunizer.

Minimum of 3 years in pharmacy management preferred.

Experience within a Community Health Center and knowledge of 340B program administration is highly desirable.
