What You'll Be Doing
- Recruiting Support : Manage job postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and handle background checks.
- Onboarding & Offboarding : Facilitate I-9s, W-4s, direct deposits, and exit interviews.
- Payroll Processing : Handle bi-weekly payroll, verify timesheets, deductions, and reporting accuracy.
- Benefits Administration : Support open enrollment, insurance reconciliation, and leave tracking.
- HRIS & Reporting : Maintain data integrity in Paycom, audit HR and benefits data, and generate reports for leadership.
- Culture & Engagement : Plan team-building events, lunches, and employee engagement activities.
- AI Integration : Use tools like CoPilot and ChatGPT to streamline HR workflows and improve efficiency.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies, and document scalable HR processes.
- Additional Support : Assist with employment verifications and workers' compensation claims.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in HR, administrative, or office support rolesStrong working knowledge of AI platforms (CoPilot, ChatGPT) be ready to share how you use them to analyze data and boost productivityAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)Experience in the healthcare industry (highly preferred)Familiarity with Paycom HRIS and Microsoft PowerPointExcellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsA creative mindset and passion for celebrating team cultureAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhat Success Looks Like
