What You'll Be Doing

• Recruiting Support : Manage job postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and handle background checks.
• Onboarding & Offboarding : Facilitate I-9s, W-4s, direct deposits, and exit interviews.
• Payroll Processing : Handle bi-weekly payroll, verify timesheets, deductions, and reporting accuracy.
• Benefits Administration : Support open enrollment, insurance reconciliation, and leave tracking.
• HRIS & Reporting : Maintain data integrity in Paycom, audit HR and benefits data, and generate reports for leadership.
• Culture & Engagement : Plan team-building events, lunches, and employee engagement activities.
• AI Integration : Use tools like CoPilot and ChatGPT to streamline HR workflows and improve efficiency.
• Compliance & Documentation : Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies, and document scalable HR processes.
• Additional Support : Assist with employment verifications and workers' compensation claims.
