Overview

Salesforce is seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Motion Graphics Editor and Gen AI Artist with advanced Adobe After Effects expertise to join our in-house creative team. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality motion graphics and visual effects for digital platforms including customer success videos, product demos, marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and corporate events. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, the technical intricacies of After Effects, and advanced skills using Generative AI video creation platforms like Runway, Midjourney, Veo3, and similar tools to deliver content that aligns with Salesforce's brand guidelines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization & Storyboarding : Collaborate with creative directors, video producers, editors, and stakeholders to develop concepts and visual styles.
• Generative AI Video Creation : Utilize Generative AI platforms to rapidly create and augment video content for promos and campaigns, focusing on prompt engineering and creative direction.
• Motion Graphics Design & Animation : Design and animate motion graphics using After Effects, including :

Complex keyframe animation and expressions
