Forklift Team Lead – Stand-Up Forklift (2nd Shift, Monday–Friday 2PM–10PM)

Romeoville, IL

$23 per hour | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

PeopleShare is hiring a Forklift Team Lead experienced in stand-up forklift operations for a refrigerated food production facility in Romeoville, IL. The ideal candidate will oversee and support a team of forklift operators to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of stand-up forklift operators

Coordinate daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory

Operate stand-up forklifts as needed to support team goals

Monitor performance and ensure compliance with safety procedures

Communicate with supervisors and production teams to maintain workflow efficiency

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a warehouse lead or senior forklift operator

Must have hands-on experience with stand-up forklifts

Strong leadership and communication skills

Able to work in a refrigerated environment

Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
