The Position

Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for an HR Specialist to support our internal team.

Overview

The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting the organization's human resources operations. This role focuses on employee relations, benefit administration, compliance and HR systems management. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for cultivating a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are equipped for success

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits and workplace issues.

Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and leave policies

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Maintain and update HR information systems

Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
