Receptionist / Admin Assistant

A South Orange County community association management company is looking to add a friendly and efficient Receptionist / Admin Assistant to their growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to work well with internal employees, as well as outside customers and vendors. Candidates who have shown commitment with good job tenure in the past will be prioritized.

This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity with a ton of long-term growth potential. The hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm, and 8 : 30am to 5pm on Friday. The pay starts at $22-$23 / hour based on experience.

Receptionist Responsibilities :

  • Customer service support
  • Answer and direct phone calls as needed
  • Mail preparation
  • Receiving / opening / sorting / filing mail
  • Distributing key / fobs
  • Office supply inventory
  • Management of company email inbox
  • Administrative support

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $22.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
