• Prepare and process weekly multi-state union and non-union payroll.
• Process layoff checks.
• Process new hire paperwork / updating employee records while keeping strict confidentiality.
• Coordinate with field superintendents and employees to assure accuracy and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Assist with expense and Per diem reimbursement.
• Monthly union reporting and maintenance of union files as needed for rate and benefit changes.
• Prepare and maintain various statistical reports.
• Certified Payroll, governmental & OCIP / CCIP insurance reporting
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax filings, W-2's preparation, and year end processing.
• Assist with union audits.
• Additional tasks as required by the role.
