Plumbing Customer Service Rep

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

You will work from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm .

You will thrive in a role that involves answering the phone, dispatching technicians, and reviewing service tickets. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in providing prompt and efficient assistance to our valued customers. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that their plumbing issues are resolved in a timely manner. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in dispatching our skilled technicians to the appropriate locations, coordinating their schedules, and ensuring that all service tickets are accurately reviewed and documented. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our plumbing services.
