Senior Arc Flash Electrical Engineer

Leidos is seeking a Senior Arc Flash Electrical Engineer to support our Utility customers across the country. In this role you will be expected to provide engineering support for new and existing electrical / power systems, and conduct and / or provide oversight for arc flash studies of varying size and complexity.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform planning and evaluation of new and existing electrical / power systems across a wide range of facilities and associated equipment
• Perform studies for power systems modeling, power flow, short circuit, protection devices coordination, arc flash, and related engineering tasks for medium and low voltage power distribution (35 kV and less)
• Oversee field data collection efforts for lower voltage facilities and build engineering models for the purpose of performing arc flash analysis

Pay Range :

Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
