We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and developing automated production systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and cost guidelines. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and optimize designs for automated production lines or components, incorporating innovative solutions and analyzing emerging technologies and materials.
• Collaborate with project teams to define the architecture and structure of complex systems, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, bills of materials, and documentation for assigned projects, adhering to timelines, cost constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to production teams during assembly and testing phases, resolving design-related issues and implementing necessary modifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies in partnership with relevant business functions, offering technical insights and recommendations.
• Deliver technical training to client personnel through structured theoretical sessions, aligning with established training programs.
• Contribute to the development and dissemination of new technologies by preparing documentation, conducting on-the-job training, and organizing knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Research and promote innovative practices to enhance production processes and manufacturing efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent industrial / automation diploma.
• At least 7 years of experience in designing production lines or components, with a proven ability to deliver innovative and compliant solutions.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and / or SolidEdge software, with additional experience in AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results within defined timelines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current safety regulations and procedures.
• Familiarity with materials, production processes, and manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide technical training and documentation.
