As a Controls Program Manager, you'll serve as a vital subject matter expert for day-to-day operations teams, providing specialized knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS) in data center environments. You'll utilize control system infrastructure to maintain optimal operational performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement approved system enhancements while maintaining strong relationships with Microsoft engineering departments and service providers.

Your day-to-day tasks will include :

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining BAS / EPMS systems and associated components including instrumentation and control elements
• Tracking all BAS / EPMS related issues in CMMS and change management ticketing systems
• Monitoring and identifying mechanical / electrical system abnormalities through data analytics and reporting optimization suggestions
• Supporting day-to-day operations through in-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical system design and operations intent
• Maintaining effective working relationships with Microsoft engineering departments while overseeing system configurations and upgrades
• Managing contracted service providers and providing direct oversight during system changes and component upgrades
• Ensuring all application changes follow proper change management processes and have written authorization

Estimated total compensation for this position : 100,000.00 130,000.00 USD per year
