KDP Sr Manager Of Omnichannel Marketing For Walmart

As the new KDP Sr Manager of Omnichannel Marketing for Walmart, you will be responsible for leading the Omnichannel & eCommerce discipline for KDP within the Walmart customer team. And as part of the KDP Connected Media team, you will help strategically plan and activate the Walmart portion of our Integrated Brand Campaigns, with day-to-day focus on KDP's US Refreshment Beverage (USRB) categories & brands.

The ideal candidate is data-oriented, analytically driven, and excels in strategic storytelling with a growth mindset. Someone who is ready and willing to roll up their sleeves to solve problems, celebrate success, and share learnings with cross-functional partners along the journey.

You will achieve your objectives by deeply understanding key performance metrics and strategic thinking to create joint business plans that influence key stakeholders and drive conversion to KDP products online, in-app, and in-store.

Strategic Marketing Expectations :

Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and program performance data, to create a comprehensive commerce strategy designed to drive conversion at Walmart.

Develop collaborative partnerships with internal teams and retailer Marketing and Merchandising teams.

Expertly build and execute fully comprehensive omni-marketing programs to exceed key success metrics, staying within budget parameters and working cross-functionally with your agency partners. Programs will include in-store elements such as point-of-sale materials (signage), product sampling, digital media (onsite, offsite, social), and search.

Proactively share best practices with peers and cross-functional partners.

Be the internal and external face of KDP's Omnichannel team at one of the country's most critical and fastest growing Omnichannel retailers, Walmart.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities :

Leverage shopper insights, brand objectives, past program results, and customer objectives to develop and execute strategic omnichannel marketing plans for Walmart.

Walmart Connect Platform expert at audience creation, analyzing program performance, and unlocking value-added opportunities to drive conversion of KDP products at Walmart.

Create world-class in-store marketing activities that drive conversion at Walmart and exceed KPIs across the shopper journey.

eCommerce Responsibilities :

Leverage Scintilla and your deep customer knowledge to create winning eCommerce strategies that can be measured, tracked & optimized against key performance metrics.

Deploy your deep knowledge of how the Walmart algorithms work to partner with cross-functional teams to create / execute primary and secondary digital shelf strategies.

Leverage your digital shelf expertise to continuously optimize product pages to drive visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.

Drive winning eCommerce growth at Walmart.

Total Rewards :

Salary Range : $130,700 - 155,000

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years of shopper marketing / omni marketing / eCommerce experience, or Master's degree and minimum 5 years of commercial experience.

Proven experience with omnichannel marketing, retailer ecosystems (inclusive of retail media networks) and shopper insights that delivered tangible results.

Previous successful experience with Walmart mandatory.

Experience in a "Fortune 500" company, pure play ecommerce retailer, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, Small Appliance or related industries.

Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results.

Innovative and creative thinker and problem solver who can manage the details without losing sight of the goal.

Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Must be completely PC proficient, able to develop his / her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence.
