Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management.
• Supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability considerations.
• Manage onsite staff through recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and development; ensure staff training and performance benchmarks are met.
• Prepare and manage weekly / daily office and maintenance staff schedules; ensure effective communication with supervisor and HR when issues arise.
• Address resident complaints and requests, develop resident retention programs, and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction; conduct property shows and lease signings as needed.
• Develop yearly operating budgets / forecasts and monitor deposit / rent collections and vendor invoices for timely processing and accuracy.
• Develop yearly marketing plans and employ leasing strategies and systems to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Plan for and manage administrative, leasing, and maintenance reporting; lead emergency response for the property within company guidelines.
• Ensure property appearance through regular inspections and coordinate repairs and make-readies with vendors and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate resource management, procurement, and vendor relations to ensure cost-effective operations.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range : $20 per hour to $22.47 per hour. At Asset Living, compensation decisions consider factors such as skill set, background, certifications, and relevant experience.
