Schedule : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Every Other Wednesday | 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Location : Anchor Plant in Jonesboro, Arkansas

Position Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Grinding Room Operator to join our team on A Shift . This position plays a key role in recycling plastic materials for reuse in our manufacturing process. Responsibilities include grinding plastic parts, cleaning equipment and work areas, baling cardboard, and supporting plant cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Grind plastic parts into regrind flake for reuse in production.
• Ensure ground material is free of contaminants.
• Clean grinders during changeovers and maintain assigned areas.
• Bale cardboard and dispose of plant scrap in the compactor.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
