Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will review service calls and electrical installations prioritizing jobs to ensure maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review all service calls and installs scheduled for the next day
• On the fly adjustments to dispatch board adding high priority service calls and installations
• Open communication with the field employees and leadership as issues arise
• Request permits and set up inspections for customers and technicians
• Handle client concerns and issues effectively

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED
• Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position
• Excellent typing and data entry skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Problem-solving skills
