Key Responsibilities
Resident Relations
- Assist in addressing resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and coordinate community events and activities to promote engagement and connection.
Leasing Support
Assist with leasing activities, including property tours, application processing, and lease preparation.Maintain accurate records of all leasing transactions and resident information.Partner with the marketing team to implement and track marketing initiatives.Administrative Duties
Ensure organized and efficient office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supply management.Support the Community Manager in preparing reports, budgets, and documentation.Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk‑in inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.Property Management
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with community standards.Coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve work orders promptly.Assist in enforcing community policies and standards to maintain a high quality of living.Financial Responsibilities
Assist with rent collection, payment processing, and delinquency management.Support the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.Aid the Community Manager in monitoring the property’s budget and overall financial performance.Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service, ideally in a Class A / luxury setting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a resident‑first mindset.Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.Proactive and solution‑oriented approach to challenges.Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays for events or urgent matters.Schedule : Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends or evenings for events or emergencies.Environment : On‑site office within the community.Physical Requirements : Ability to walk the property, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.Travel : Minimal; may include training, meetings, or community‑related events.Seniority level : Entry level
