Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs in order to achieve maximum potential. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program, possess a current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state, and have certifications in BLS through the American Heart Association.
Our Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with our team to promote growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and / or coordinating activities in patient care programs. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive outlook, and a strong sense of advocacy.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs.
Display treatment skills practicing within the scope of State Practice Act and in compliance with all rules and regulations.
Assist in special projects and / or coordinate activities in patient care programs.
Requirements :
Education : Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Licensure : Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state.
Certifications : Current BLS through the American Heart Association.
Other : Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
