Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in business development and a clear BD strategy.

• Business Development

Actively building and managing a client portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and negotiating terms with top-tier institutions.

Using headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to identify and attract top talent.

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring seamless processes from onboarding to contract renewal.

Staying up to date with industry trends to provide valuable insights and strategic advice to clients and candidates.

About You

Salary and Benefits

$60 - 80k salary plus commission and bonus structure. Salary is dependent on experience, as we're open to candidates at various levels. Medical insurance and other benefits are also provided.
