About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute the regional marketing strategy for the Americas. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a global team of marketing professionals to enhance brand presence, drive growth, and deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
You’ll play a key role in shaping regional brand positioning, managing product launches, developing creative assets, and ensuring the brand’s voice is consistent and powerful throughout every touchpoint. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic direction while leading a talented team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Please note : This position requires on-site presence in Stamford, Connecticut, three days per week. Candidates must be able to meet this requirement.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a regional marketing team—setting goals, priorities, and clear expectations.
Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive growth and strengthen brand equity.
Develop tools and resources to support sales and reinforce the brand’s value proposition.
Manage marketing projects including product launches, events, and campaigns—ensuring exceptional execution and alignment with global strategy.
Collaborate globally with marketing colleagues to maintain brand consistency and share best practices.
Coach and mentor team members, supporting skill development and career growth.
Build and nurture partnerships with customers through co-op marketing programs and content collaboration.
Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide strategy.
Oversee marketing communications , including website content, social media, and internal communications.
Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and awareness of marketing initiatives company-wide.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media / Design , or a related discipline.
5–7 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within consumer goods, building products, or design-related industries .
1–2 years of experience managing a marketing team directly.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience managing website content through CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
