Key Responsibilities
Develop, grow, and manage refinery accounts—expanding relationships beyond commodity chemistry into specialty applications and value-added solutions.Identify, pursue, and win new customers through proven sales, marketing, and relationship-building practices.Serve as a trusted advisor to refinery customers by diagnosing operational challenges, presenting customized solutions, and leveraging Thatcher's broad product portfolio and resources.Represent Thatcher Company with professionalism and integrity, demonstrating expert knowledge of our products and the advantages we bring to our refinery customers.Collaborate internally to uncover and expand opportunities for supplier partnerships, technical innovation, and customer value creation.Qualifications
Proven track record of high sales performance; previous oil and gas chemical sales experience.Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate oil and gas applications.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for developing new business.Self-starter who thrives in an independent, performance-driven environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Willingness to travel to refinery sites and customer locations.AA / BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Technical Sales, or related field.Location & Compensation

Salary : $45,000 – $60,000 annually.
