We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Sourcing And Attraction Partner based in our Chicago office who will focus on building and nurturing strategic partnerships and internal talent channels to enhance our talent acquisition capabilities. This role combines relationship management with proactive talent identification to create sustainable talent pipelines for our organization. The successful candidate will report into the Americas REMS TA Lead and will support hiring initiatives across the Americas region.

Estimated compensation for this position : 156,000.00 178,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
