Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition – NA, the TA Business Partner will be a strategic advisor to the business and partner in developing and utilizing the latest approaches to identifying, attracting and onboarding our future talent. This position will have shared responsibility for the full life cycle of recruiting across the country and at multiple organizational levels, along with managing the operations that enable us to more effectively attract and recruit talent to meet the future needs of the business. This position will interact closely with hiring managers inclusive of executives, internal and external candidates, and when needed, external recruiters. This role will also partner closely with various stakeholders to ensure our technology and other talent acquisition administration enables a streamlined process.

The pay for this role ranges from $95,000 – $125,000 annually and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location. Actual pay within this range may be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and / or other determining factors.
