Talent Acquisition Business Partner

This role is perfect for someone who can balance high-level recruiting with operational excellencecrafting engaging job postings, streamlining workflows, leveraging technology, and ensuring candidates and hiring managers feel supported every step of the way.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with role requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cyclejob intake, posting, screening, outreach, scheduling, interviews, and offers.
- Optimize our ATS to ensure accuracy, compliance, and candidate communication.
- Source talent through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing and screening efficiency.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR.3+ years in TA operations, with hands-on experience in ATS / CRM platforms (ADP strongly preferred).Familiarity with AI recruiting tools (ClickUp, HireVire, Copilot a plus).Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and match candidates to roles.Knowledge of recruiting compliance and best practices.
