Base pay range
$120,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr
A growing healthcare system in Southern New Hampshire is looking to hire an HR Manager for their hospital system. This is a full-time permanent position. This role will sit fully onsite in Nashua, NH.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to address engagement concerns, analyze exit interview trends, and implement retention strategies that boost morale and reduce turnover.
- Lead initiatives that foster inclusivity, enhance employee experience, and promote a culture of well-being and organizational success.
- Support leadership in workforce and succession planning, while guiding managers in identifying and developing high-potential talent.
- Deliver targeted training on conflict resolution, performance management, and policy compliance to strengthen workplace collaboration and respect.
- Advise leaders on complex employee relations matters—terminations, restructuring, leave, and accommodations—ensuring alignment with policy and legal standards.
