A company is looking for a Contract Coordinator - Medical Review Intake & Scheduling - Full-time (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and triage incoming medical necessity review requests
Assign reviews to physicians and submit completed reviews to the requesting agency
Maintain calendars, coordinate across teams, and perform general administrative duties
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in healthcare or operations
Minimal travel to Nashville, Tennessee
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
