THE MANUFACTURING MANAGER WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS OUR MANUFACTURING MANAGER :

We offer a standard schedule from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday; however, this is a dynamic role that will require more than 40 hours a week.

You will lead and coordinate all aspects of our single-site facility's manufacturing operations. You will ensure optimal performance across production, engineering, maintenance, and logistics. You will drive the company's strategic initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure that safety, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met. This includes leading and providing oversight for all factory managers and supervisors and overseeing workforce planning and performance management.
