Overview Technology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. This is a UI / UX Design position focused on crafting pixel-perfect user interfaces that enhance usability and the overall user experience for a family of web applications. The UI / UX designer will be responsible for the visual layout, styling of web pages, and key decisions in color, typography, and iconography in component design.

Responsibilities Design and implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that improve usability and user experience for a family of web applications.

Own visual layout, styling, color, typography, and iconography within component design.

Apply UI layout principles, design systems, and responsive design concepts to deliver consistent experiences.

Collaborate with product and development teams to translate requirements into high-quality UI / UX artifacts.

Required Skills Basic understanding of Linux CLI

Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer

Proficiency with UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch

Strong understanding of UI layout principles, design systems, responsive design, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy

Familiarity with the Gestalt principles of perceptual organization

Familiarity with HTML and CSS

Desired Skills Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)

Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies

Qualifications An active TS / SCI with polygraph is required.
