Position Summary :

The Audiovisual (AV) Techncian - IV (Foreman) is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing the execution of audiovisual (AV) and IT installations on job sites. This position requires extensive experience in the AV / IT and construction trades, as well as proven leadership capabilities. The Foreman is accountable for managing on-site crews, ensuring that all tasks are completed in alignment with the project plan, safety standards, and quality expectations. This includes coordinating job site logistics, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining the highest level of workmanship throughout the duration of the project. The successful candidate must be able to perform their duties independently, with minimal supervision, while effectively directing and supporting team members in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
