About Corporate Real Estate

Our Corporate Real Estate team is dedicated to creating environments that empower associates and delight customers. We operate at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and innovation—ensuring every space supports Walmart’s mission and growth. As a Senior Design Researcher, you’ll play a key role in informing design decisions that align with both user needs and business goals.

What you’ll do

• Lead user discovery through interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries
• Analyze user journeys and synthesize data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align research with business objectives
• Translate research findings into recommendations for design and strategy
• Guide usability testing and iterate on solutions based on feedback

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock.
