We are seeking a Training and Support Manager to oversee customer training and support initiatives.

Who You Are : You are a proactive Training and Support Manager with a strong background in training program development and customer support. Your ability to create effective training materials and deliver engaging sessions allows you to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to address customer needs. Your strong communication and organizational skills make you a valuable asset in managing training and support initiatives.

How You'll Make an Impact :

• Develop and implement training programs for customers and internal teams on UAV products and services.
• Create training materials, documentation, and user guides to support learning initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance customer knowledge and usage of products.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to identify training needs and address customer inquiries.
• Prepare and present training reports and performance metrics to stakeholders.
