About The Position
The Sales Manager at Acres.com will be instrumental in building and scaling a predictable SMB sales growth engine. They will lead, coach, and develop the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, focusing on driving pipeline creation, maintaining forecast accuracy, and enforcing critical sales processes and CRM hygiene (HubSpot). This role requires a strong grasp of pipeline science, sales coaching, and cross-functional leadership, with a preference for candidates experienced in a SaaS startup environment and based in or willing to relocate to Northwest Arkansas.
