A cell phone accessory manufacturer in Southeast Madison is looking for a CXR - Customer Experience Representative on 1st shift in Madison! A perfect job for an experienced call center professional with top notch communicating skills and willingness to speak up when further assistance is needed. Call center experience is required.

Pay : $24 / hour

Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Work includes :

• Respond to inbound emails (~50 new emails / day)
• Respond to inbound calls (~20-40 calls / day)
• Collaborate with other departments on complex contacts
