Dual Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in driving revenue growth by cultivating client relationships, developing business opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans. As a leader on our sales team, you'll focus on building long-term partnerships and promoting the unique experiences our hotel has to offer.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients.
• Generate new business through proactive sales efforts, including client visits, networking events, and telemarketing.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure all agreements meet the hotel's revenue goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of client events, meetings, and stays.
• Monitor market trends and competitor performance to adjust sales strategies as needed.
• Manage and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, lead conversions, and market share.
