Payroll Specialist – Austin, TX (Onsite) We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processing and timekeeping operations onsite for one of our key clients in Austin, TX.

This is a salaried, full-time, onsite position with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 10 :

  • 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM, with flexibility for occasional weekends.
  • The role may include discretionary bonuses.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage payroll processing, auditing, and timekeeping functions
  • Utilize systems including Fieldglass, Timerack, and Avionté
  • Resolve badging issues, missed punches, and time discrepancies
  • Audit payroll and per diem to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Consult with contract employees regarding payroll questions or concerns
  • Ensure all hires are accurately reflected in payroll records Qualifications :
  • Previous payroll processing and timekeeping experience required
  • Payroll experience within a staffing company strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to audit for accuracy
  • Familiarity with Fieldglass, Timerack, or Avionté a plus
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly preferred
