A respected law firm in Tampa is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of immigration law experience and a strong background in federal litigation.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2+ years of immigration law practice experience

Federal litigation experience required

Bar admission in the 11th Circuit

Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills

Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently while collaborating with a supportive team

Responsibilities :

Represent clients in immigration proceedings before federal courts and administrative agencies

Handle appeals, motions, and complex immigration litigation

Draft legal briefs, pleadings, and motions for federal and immigration courts

Advise clients on immigration strategies and case developments

Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality representation and achieve favorable outcomes
